Video Decode & Capture Solutions

The streaming video decoder range from BlueBox is sourced from long life industrial grade embedded components. Surveillance appliances provide a resistant enclosure for physical durability, thermal optimization and reduced power consumption. Appliances are compact in either VESA or rack mountable form factor. Use your application of choice to gain accelerated access to both Intel and NVIDIA decoding acceleration.

 

Hot plug emulation and active hardware re-drivers are supplied on all DisplayPort outputs for cable lengths up to 20 metres.

Use the Appliance Web Portal (AWP) to access Display, Network and Power options remotely without the need to plug keyboard or mouse into the device.

 

All streaming video appliances from BlueBox are bundled with optional software SDK and TCP networking interface, open and position a variety of video stream encoded formats in addition to web pages supporting save and recall of pre-defined layouts.

 

Six4K

Decode and Dewarp at Ultra HD

The Six4K platform from BlueBox provides a high definition, compact multimedia appliance for 24/7 command and control surveillance environments. Equipped with 6 Ultra HD outputs, the Six4K simplifies traditional video wall systems by reducing footprint to a powerful, single condensed 2U appliance. Combined CPU and GPU technologies present users with a generic hardware platform for choice of application. The Six4K can receive video from the network, local disk or via PCIe. Action the latest graphics technologies to provide an unrestricted video layout design under a familiar Windows operating platform. The Six4K can be configured for multiple output arrangements using DisplayPort or HDMI.

High Density Decode

A Six4K appliance is optionally supplied with the latest Windows 10 Pro operating system installed and configured. Interfaces including DirectX and OpenGL allow user applications to leverage selected hardware acceleration technology found within the appliances latest generation graphics processors. Combined Intel Quick Sync and NVIDIA Pascal hardware supports H265, H264, MPEG4, MPEG2, MPEG1, MJPEG, VC-1, VC8 and VC9 video acceleration. The multimedia appliance is capable of decoding, displaying and de-warping 48 1080p at 30 FPS H264 video IP streams. The Six4K combines multiple decode and display channels of IP video streams into a single appliance.

Nano4K

Full Featured Zero Client Decoder

The Nano4k from BlueBox provides a 4K capable output alongside a THD VGA channel for dual display options. A front panel display allows users to identify appliances installed at remote location for use with the BlueBox Appliance Web Portal (AWP)  for  deice setup and configuration. The  24/7 command and control surveillance device reduces physical footprint to a powerful, single condensed VESA mountable unit. Combined CPU and GPU technologies present users with a low powered generic hardware platform for choice of software application. The Nano4K can be configured for multiple output arrangements using HDMI and VGA.

 

High Density Decode

A Nano appliance is optionally supplied with the latest Windows 10 Pro operating system installed and configured.Interfaces including DirectX and OpenGL allow user applications to leverage seletced hardware acceleration technology found within it's latest generation graphics processors. Intel Quick Sync framework currently supports H265, H264, MPEG2, MJPEG, VC-1 and VP8 hardware video acceleration. The multimedia appliance is capable of decoding and displaying 25 1080p at 30 FPS H264 video IP streams. The Nano4K is the perfect solution for distributed video wall solutions allowing choice of VMS in Virtual Matrix mode.

Six1080

Equipped with 6 True HD outputs, the Six1080 simplifies traditional video wall systems by reducing footprint to a powerful, single condensed 2U appliance. Combined CPU and GPU technologies present users with a generic hardware platform for choice of application. The Six1080 can receive video from the network or local disk. Users can action the latest graphics technologies to provide an unrestricted video layout design under a familiar Windows platform.

AVIO

System Decode and Capture Inputs

The AVIO range provides a base solution for command and control room environments. The 4U expansion unit allows a maximum of 18 displays per controller with capture card plugin support  for DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI, SDI, VGA, S-Video, Component and Audio signal types. All NVision software featuress are supported. NVIDIA and Intel graphics for high density accelerated video stream display with fisheye lens correction capabilities. Dual redundancy power supply options. Dual RAID storage options. The AVIO is the perfect solution for tailored mix and match PCIe plug card controller design.

Allowing over 160 Full HD H264 or H265 IP video streams at 30 frames per second to be decoded and displayed onto the latest installed and configured Windows 10 Pro operating system. Interfaces including DirectX and OpenGL allow user applications to leverage selected hardware acceleration technology found within the appliances latest generation graphics processors. Intel Quick Sync framework currently supports H265, H264, MPEG2, MJPEG, VC-1 and VP8 hardware video acceleration. NVDEC supports the hardware decoding acceleration of stream formats H264, H265, MPEG2, VC8 and VC9.
